4. The Sale: Our friendly and professional staff manages the entire sale, answering questions and assisting customers. We accept all major credit cards to maximize sales.

5. Post-Sale Cleanup: Once the sale is over, we handle the remaining details. This includes clearing out any unsold items and leaving the home broom-clean.
